Humble Beginnings, Bold Vision
A School Born from Passion and Prayer
LWRC was built out of passion for education and love for children. As three parents with backgrounds in education, Ashley, Lynn and Siobhan met often to discuss the trials and tribulations of the traditional school setting. As parents of 9 children from high school to elementary school all three founders wanted more for their children than what was currently offered. Frustrated, they began researching models and schools finding that no one place fit what they were looking for to serve their children. They decided to team their efforts, expertise, and experience to create the best possible learning environment for their children. Then, the idea grew from a small home school thought to a small private school option. They decided to explore bringing anyone who wanted similar things for their children along on the journey.
At Lakewood Ranch Christian School, we are committed to developing students who are courageous in character, strong in academic excellence while being bold in their faith. Through an innovative, faith-based learning environment, we empower students to develop a strong foundation in their beliefs, pursue knowledge with curiosity, and grow into compassionate, confident well-rounded individuals.
